The Norwegian Criminal Cases Review Commission has reopened 351 cases as of Desember 2020.
The Criminal Cases Review Commission decides whether a final judgement in a criminal case should be reopened and retried in a different court. The Commission is independent of the police, the prosecution authority and the courts.
